Ronald A. Culver Sr

Calling hours and Memorial Service will be held Sunday, Oct.26th from 2- 4PM at the Wrisley Funeral Home.   Following the service, the family invites friends and family to join them in a celebration of Ron’s life at the Polish American Citizen’s Club, 46 South Main Street, South Deerfield, Mass.

               Conway, Ma .- Ronald A. Culver Sr.,77, of Main Poland Road, died early Sunday morning October 19,2014 at home after a long battle with cancer. He was born April 4, 1937, the son of Charles and Muriel (Vetterling) Culver.

               He was a hard worker and worked in construction, farming, and was a truck driver for the Conway Highway Dept., Roberts Bros., Conway Pallet, Lashway Lumber, and Lashway Logging Inc. He did all his farming with horses. Ron’s hobbies were draft horses, playing cards, and watching TV, and spending time with his family. He was an Army veteran serving from 1960 – 1962.

               Ronald is survived by his wife of 55 years, Catherine (Harrison) Culver, three sons, Ronald Jr. and his wife Janette of Buckland, Paul of Conway, and Charles and his companion Tina of Pittsfield. Four daughters, Cynthia Culver and her companion John Ange of Hinsdale, N.H., Cheryl Anne Johnson and husband Michael of Greenfield, Brenda Culver and fiancée Jeff Spencer of Buckland, and Donna Malloy and husband Gene of Conway, Also survived by three brothers , Roger, Curt, and David Culver, and godson Theodore Woznick .Also 15 grand children and 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He will be sadly missed by many people.
