(Clark) Boyden passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 in the Cooley Dickinson
Hospital in Northampton. She was born March 12, 1920 to the late Henry and
Maude Clark of Sunderland, MA. She graduated from Amherst High School
in 1937. She worked for 23 years at the University
of Mass., first with Extension Service as multigraph operator at Student Union
and then as secretary of Campus Center Food Services, and at Administration before retiring in
1982. After retirement she performed freelance typing for several years. She
enjoyed gardening, watching Red Sox games, playing piano, and reading.
Margaret leaves two sons, David E. Boyden and
wife Joanne of Granby, CT. and Frank H. Boyden and wife Kathleen of Amherst, MA.
One daughter Margaret J. LaRochelle of Sunderland,
with whom she made her home. She also leaves 10 grand- children and 13
great-grandchildren and one great –great grandchild. She was predeceased by her
husband Edward H. (Ted) Boyden of Pelham, her sister Grace K. James of East
Point, Georgia, and two brothers; George E. Clark of Brattleboro, VT.
and Elliot F. Clark of Riverside,
no calling hours. Funeral Services will be held Saturday May 16, 2015 at 1:00PM
in the Wrisley Funeral Home Chapel, 90 Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield, with Jack Cooper officiating. Burial will
follow in Pelham Valley
