Helen S. (Kuminski) Rogerleski, 88 passed away Tuesday June 12, 2012 at the Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
Born in Turners Falls to the late Joseph and Mary (Naperkowski) Kuminski. Helen lived most of her life in South Deerfield. She retired from the Franklin Dining Commons at UMASS Amherst in 1989 and previously worked for many years at Deerfield Plastics. She enjoyed cooking baking gardening and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband Joseph T. Rogerleski. She leaves one daughter Joanne Trybus and her husband Chester of South Hadley, a sister Dorothy O’Connor of Chelsea, MA. She was the devoted grandmother of Lisa Trybus of South Hadley, Jeremy Trybus and his wife Monica of Westfield and Kevin Trybus of South Hadley. She leaves one great-granddaughter Emma Mae Trybus. In Addition to her husband, Helen was also predeceased by sisters Jennie Wozniakewicz and Mary Grosberg.
Calling hours for Helen will be Friday, June 15 at the Wrisley Funeral Home, 90A Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield from 3-7 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16th beginning at 9:15 at the Wrisley Funeral Home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Chursh, Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield. For those wishing, donations are requested to be made to Center for Extended Care Activity Fund, 150 University Drive, Amherst, MA 01002.
