Calling hours are Wednesday, March 6th from 5 to 7pm at the Wrisley Funeral Home Chapel, 90 Sugarloaf St., So. Deerfield.  A wake service will be conducted at 7pm by Deacon Mark Kolasinski.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Sunderland, in the spring.

 

Agawam, Mass – Daniel Evan Mackey, 38, of 410 Meadow St., Agawam, died February 23, 2013 at home.  He was born in Springfield, February 20, 1975, the son of Brian R. and Cynthia Luty Mackey. 

 

Daniel was educated in Springfield schools and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1993.  At present, he was attending Springfield Technical Community College, where he was also employed.  Breaking the Guinness Book of World Records as a break dancer in 2009, Daniel was also a talented drummer and entertained everyone wherever he went.

 

He leaves his father, Brian Mackey of Minnesota, his mother Cynthia Luty Mackey and step-father William Haun Jr. of Springfield, his step-brother William Haun III of California, his grandmother Helen Haun of Conn., and half-brother Grady Mackey of Minnesota along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
