South Deerfield, MA – Brian A. Bordeaux, 50, of 5 Conway St., South Deerfield, died unexpectedly on Friday, September 5, 2014 in Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. He was born in Holyoke, November 17, 1963.

 

He was educated in Northampton schools and graduated from Northampton High School in 1981. After high school, he joined the U.S.Army. After his discharge, he worked at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst for over 20 years. He then became an Enforcement Officer with the Department of Environmental Protection, stationed in Springfield.

 

Brian was married to Sharon Gillman in the Florence Congregational Church, September 8, 1984. All of their married life was in Deerfield. He was a member of the South Deerfield Polish Club and coordinator of the club’s annual pitch league, the Greenfield Lodge of Moose and the Western Mass Chapter of (B.A.C.A.), Bikers Against Child Abuse. He was an avid Harley Rider.

 

Besides his wife Sharon Bordeaux, he leaves his mother, Helen Morse Stone and son Justin T. Bordeaux, all of South Deerfield, two step-sisters, Susan Bordeaux Cole of Boise, Idaho and Denise Bordeaux Dunbar of Shelburne Falls, and two step-brothers Andre R. Bordeaux of Florida and Mark Bordeaux of Lake Pleasant.
